It can reduce blood pressure. It is reported that it can lead to heart failure in some individuals. It can also lead to changes in blood sugar levels. Furthermore, there are risks of toxicity if taken in an overdose. This is why caution must be applied when considering Propranolol for anxiety as there may be other more appropriate options. Is Propranolol Right for You? Propranolol can be a valuable tool in managing anxiety, but it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution.
